INTRO
I really really really enjoy hanging outside... a lot. Trout Fishing. Camping. Exploring. Boating. I love it all.


TROUT FISHING
I really love to be out on a nice Sierra trout stream, finding pocket water, flipping a worm or fly to eager trout, and having a blast.

As you can tell, most of my fav fishing spots are up in the Sierras somewhere. There's a lot there. GO out & explore!


CAMPING
I do love checking out a buncha different areas... the High Sierras, The Gold Country, Rivers, etc... Most of my camping tends to be truck or 4x4 camping. I have done some backpacking in the past, but do appreciate being able to 4x4 into some of the historic regions with enough gear to make me comfy.

EXPLORING
I'm a history buff at heart. So, I love finding old ghost towns, mining goodies, and anything esp of the gold rush age. Either hiking or 4x4'ing to get to the historic sites is always fun.

BOATING
I have a small 12.5 footer Zodiac which i take with me camping. This portable boat fits in the back of my truck, along with either a gas or electric motor, and whatever fishing gear i may need. Its great being the only boat in some of these high elevation lakes, putzing around on a quiet electric trolling motor, catching fish, or just cruising thru the area.
