      Crow's Meats is a family owned operation that has been in business since 1947! My family started with the idea of providing quality and service at economical prices. These ideas were drummed into me (literally) from birth! Since my parents have retired, my wife Kathy, my partner Larry Bordenave and I, Eric Crow, continue to run our market in this family tradition.
      We carry only choice IBP beef and pork. We make are own smoked meats, salads, sausages, and lunch meats. Our service is second to none and special orders are always a pleasure and never a problem.
       Our hams are made to very exacting standards. They are honey cured boneless gourmet hams. We carefully skin and bone the fresh legs of pork, defat them and then cure them with our special honey cure. Then we hickory smoke them for 8 - 10 hours until they are a rich golden color. We think they are the best hams on the west coast.
       Our sausages are made with the finest ingredients available using fresh herbs and spices. The pork is USDA. certified, the lamb and chicken are fresh and local. We carry a wide variety of sausages such as:

     To get to our market take your best route to Hwy. 29 and the City of Napa. We are on the north, outside edge of the City of Napa. Find us by staying on hwy. 29 north through Napa heading toward Yountville. Our address is 1014 Wine Country Ave. and Solano Ave.. Turn left on the Wine Country Ave. exit and you will see us right there on the corner, park, come in, and enjoy!
